Just be kind, it doesn’t take much

A smile can really make someones day

If you don’t like what someone posts

Scroll past, they don’t need to hear what you say

My grandmother said kindness is free

There is no need to be mean

It’s more of a reflection on you

Some innate need to be seen

What happened in your life that made you this way

Who hurt you so deeply inside

That when you see others trying their best

All you can do is be snide

Please think before you speak

The people you see they’re real

If someone said things like that to your mum

Tell me, how would that make you feel

So let’s try sharing the love

Instead of purposely tearing down others

I’d rather stand on the shoulders of giants

Than smash down my sisters and brothers.
