Friday 13th and Full Moon Hoodoo
Friday the 13th and a full moon, omg there must be some crazy shit happening right now. Or not, depends what you believe really.
Some people are so hung up on the number 13 being such an unlucky number that they probably won’t even be able to read this article without breaking out in hives. Friday the 13th is their worst nightmare. Well, I guess Freddy Krueger was invented for a reason huh?
The thing is, I have actually always had good luck associated with the number 13. I even passed my driving test on Friday 13th. So I have never really understood it.
However, as I sit here writing this piece, I thought I would look up the origin of the superstition. Low and behold, my laptop will not connect to the internet. Now that is some freaky stuff because my phone, my kids tablet both connect, but my laptop just won’t. It says I have full connection, but then when I try to do anything, it says I am not connected to the server. This is driving me slightly doolally as I have to post this story and I am running out of time.
So is this the mystical madness of Friday the 13th at work, or are Sky just being arseholes. Or maybe Apple are. I don’t know.
